Switched from a well known web hosting provider to Digiweb. I found their rates very attractive. I repointed my domain from my old hoster to digiwebs hosting. No problem there.
Found the control panel difficult at first but then I am not a techie. I would put this down to it just being different, that's all. I have the hang of it now however, after relatively little time.
Getting my outlook emails to work was trickier. only because I am not a techie. the fix was simple. The login for my previous hoster was username' 'domainname.com whereas digiwebs was username'@'domainname.com and resetting the ports to outlook defaults solved my email problems. Again after relatively little time.(20 minutes) If I knew what to look out for or knew what I was doing, really it would have taken 30 seconds!
I would not go back to my old hoster. They were terrible and their behaviour was arrogant and I believe contravened at least to articles of current legislation. Lets just say we fell out. Lets just say I wont host with them ever again. lets leave it at that ;)
From a service provision standpoint digiweb are fine. Configuring site and emails is relatively straightforward if you even know a little about websites/emails. I have had no difficulty paying my digiweb account. At least digiweb give you more than one hosting option, not like some other chancers. Lets just say digiweb are better.

I can relate to this, today 17/11/09. Systems do not seem customer friendly.

Hi there. I'm really sorry this hasn't worked out for you and I'm really grateful for the feedback. I've dropped you an email to see if there's anything I can do to help.

Be careful, as they have a nasty habit of sending debt collectors after people - even if you think the account has been cancelled
