		<description>There is no official aftermarket in IE domains, but there is a clearly defined policy for transferring domain ownership:

Whatever arrangement is reached between the owners is up to themselves, but as long as the new owner qualifies for the domain, then there's no reason why they can't reach an agreement with the current holder
