PSI-USA is another “who are they?†registrar I had the misfortune of getting an account with when I bought a domain from Pool.com. Hover over that PSI link above… Yes that’s right their domain is a .info and has a hyphen, so they are down by two points before the game has begun.
I got an email from Pool

I have had bad experiences of Pools and SnapNames shelf registrars and always transfer away in 90 days. In this case however it looks like that is going to be difficult. Neither email contained a username or password for the PSI-USA control panel, also Pool and PSI-USA must have hired some customer support staff from RegisterFly as neither are replying .
Follow-up: 10 days after email. They just replied; it was slow, but they did reply.
