Thirty days hath September, April, June, and November, all the rest have 31 except February which… has 28th and… doesn’t rhyme…
Regardless of metre February 28th is tomorrow, and it is the last day in which you can register a .ie domain for the below cost price of EUR 36.30 from Blacknight Solutions.

Thanks for the plug
It’s not below cost by the way
The ICT sector is not subject to the groceries order, so below cost selling is not a crime, indeed it is to be congratulated. Anyhow, so how much does it cost you to register a .ie, if its only say EUR 25, the how come everyone else charges EUR 60 ?
Sorry for not replying earlier, but you don’t have comment notification
The base cost is €29, but you also should factor in the time involved in registering and managing the domains, marketing, staff etc., etc.,
We’ve always tried to pass on savings where possible, which is why we ran the offer for two months.
If / when the IEDR introduces an API system to handle registrations and updates you should see reduction in prices, as the real cost will be reduced.
Every company has its business model and can choose to sell its products and services at the price that it chooses

hi michele, thanks for pointing out the comment nofication thing, I thought it was 1. included in the default wordpress distro & 2. on by default. However neither seems to be the case, so I just installed a plugin and now commenters will have a tickbox (defaulted to notick = no notification)
