I have just read with interest the new rates guide
Page 6 (in the creators pagination) mentions a special rate for “Sending books abroad”
I occasionally sell books on ebay and post them to them abroad (they are in English so I post to UK, US, CA) I wonder what the strings are? How will the post office know my envelopes contain books and not something else? Also why can’t they yuse the more favourable phrase of “Printed papers/matter”? that is used elsewhere.

Hi I wondered if anyone could supply me with a copy of the IBMS and any other international mail rates that are available from An Post for some research I am doing on the Irish postal market.
Cheers
Lloyd
