Cork City Ireland.  I  tried the evening echo and the
examiner.  The evening echo had a family area but the
page would not display.

How does one find out if a new baby was born to send
congrats to the parents?

I am emailing from the U.S. and have been trying for
over an hour.  death notices abound, what about births??</description>
