New Style Certificates are now being issued. Hitherto when a a certificate, or a certified copy thereof, was requested a landscape hard form was completed in writing, every particular transcribed by a functionary. However now portrait laser printed certificates are being issued. These are not branded (ie rubber stamped), but the paper is secure.
I am only tying to find on-line birth announcemnts for
Cork City Ireland. I tried the evening echo and the
examiner. The evening echo had a family area but the
page would not display.
How does one find out if a new baby was born to send
congrats to the parents?
